WHY IS YOUR PARTICIPATION SO IMPORTANT?

Join us to raise awareness about the millions of shelter animals in need of adoption and encourage community members to take action. Help change lives of shelter animals by participating in the LA SHELTER RUN to be held Sunday November 12th, 2023.

You’ll have the opportunity to run or walk to support the care of thousands of pets that comes through the shelter system each year. All registrants will receive a race bib and a rescue race shirt. Register early to secure a commemorative LA SHELTER RUN 5K medal!

Your partnership with the LA Shelter Run/Walk supports the work of LAadopt to continue our mission to provide grants to local animal shelters to be used for day-to-day operations, emergency relief, spay/neuter efforts, veterinary care, equipment, and educational programs.  LA Shelter Run is a non-profit run/walk will benefit 13 animal shelters across Los Angeles while empowering students and the community to make a difference.
